Minor plot hole: Mr. Freeze has a medical condition that prohibits him from being able to survive outside of very low temperatures. So it totally makes sense for him to smoke a cigar – just like it makes sense for people to eat bees when they are allergic to them.

Minor plot hole: Batman bids millions of dollars for Poison Ivy at a misogynistic auction. This is about the stupidest thing he can do considering  he doesn't want anybody to figure out that he is billionaire Bruce Wayne who is one of the few people in the city who has that much money to spare. That's of course putting aside the obvious problem of everyone in the city not already knowing Bruce Wayne and Batman are the same dude because they share the same voice and chin in a world where internet and cameras exist.

Major Plot hole: Alfred had a suit waiting for Batgirl just in case she figured out that Wayne and

Minor Plot hole: Since Pepper is a woman, she obviously does not have as much experience as guys hiding her NSFW downloads on her computer. But still, what's the first and only step to hide your porn downloads when someone passes around the screen ? You minimize that shit. You minimize that shit with dozens of safe-sounding stuff so that your mother would never suspect it. But what does Pepper do to hide her secret download when Obadiah is coming to see what she is up to? She puts on a screensaver. Great job dumb shit. No one ever looks strange when they are looking at a screensaver for several minutes on their computer screen. Nothing fishy about that. Please carry-on movie super-villain – I'm totally not downloading your evil plan on my USB card.

Minor Plot hole: Pepper and the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D know Stane is creating a weaponized suit similar to Stark’s Iron Man and yet they think 6 people armed with crappy PG-13 handguns will be enough to stop him. Genius. Isn't S.H.I.E.L.D dealing

Minor Plot hole: Killian's memorable henchman: bald no-name, pretends to be Rhodes by flying inside the Iron Patriot suit to join the President in Air force One. Here, we are presented with a comically bad non-exchange conversation where the President salutes Iron Patriot, his employee, and then proceeds to welcome him aboard even if he didn't reply back with anything. Wouldn't the President of the United States who was threatened by a deadly terrorist still at large have better security measures than simply accepting a man in a suit without any sort of confirmation that it is indeed Rhodes? The guy didn't say anything, didn't present any identification. Aren't there people protecting the president with outrageous salaries to check for things like this? Not in this movie apparently!

Minor Plot hole: So the Gotham police force is finally out of the sewers after 5 months of increasing malnutrition and gay urges. Their plan? Find Bane’s army (soldiers with AK-47s and tanks) and charge them with a few handguns. No surprise. No surrounding strategy. Just a good old suicidal medieval B-line. It’s a miracle Bane’s soldiers also happened to be retards themselves and decided to fist fight trained police officers instead of mowing them down with their weapons. But one thing is even weirder: all the cops were clean-shaved. This means that aside from food – Gillette razors and creams were the number 1 item sent in the sewers.

Minor Plot hole: People on the internet complain that Batman appeared out of nowhere in Gotham city after leaving the desert.  Those same people would probably call on the UN Security council for a drone strike on Christopher Nolan’s house if they considered the fact that Bruce Wayne had to spend days hiding around one of Gotham’s destroyed bridge to paint a batman symbol with gasoline. He

Plot holes are contradictions in a screenplay. The elements that are contradicted can both be mentioned on paper or implied by the premise and universe of the screenplay.

There are 3 types of plot holes : minor plot holes, major plot holes, and super plot holes. They all refer to the same  basic concept  but  are separated by the reach their contradictions have on the overall story.
